Attorney Profiles

Andy began his legal career in 2005 after graduation from law school. His passion for justice and fairness led him to a career in criminal defense. Since that time, he has helped countless individuals avoid prison, felony convictions and permanent records. Andy has extensive experience trying cases with very serious penalties, including homicide, robbery, burglary, drug cases, and aggravated assault. He also has extensive courtroom experience handling misdemeanors, DUI cases, summary appeals, retail theft, and PFA cases.

Andy has a reputation for working hard to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients. He is an accomplished yet accessible attorney. He is a member of the Lancaster and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Andy is also licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Before attending law school, Andy attended the University of Georgia, where he studied Political Science and German. Andy also worked as an auto-mechanic through college. He continues to repair and restore cars during his free time.

Fran began practicing law upon graduation from law school in 2003, where she graduated magna cum laude in the top 5 percent of her class. She immediately went on to practice law for nearly five years at one of the area’s largest and most prominent law firms. Her practice now focuses on criminal defense, family law, and employment law.

Fran has extensive experience defending cases in both state and federal court. She is particularly skilled at developing winning trial strategies. Fran has a keen instinct for the law, and she knows how to use her expertise to protect her clients’ rights – and their futures.

Fran is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts, the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Before attending law school, Fran attended Messiah College in Grantham, PA.
